Over the last 30 years of teaching clients and training health professionals to reduce and eradicate pain – I have seen one common characteristic amongst all of them . . .
When you can connect to the whispers in the body, and can quiet the body’s screams, that is when you can get better, faster results – even for those who have been living with pain for decades.
At the foundation of my company Functional Synergy is a belief that where the pain is, is not where the problem is.
Using anatomy, biomechanics and your ability to see and listen, you can use small movements to get better results at an accelerated pace.
My job is to help you connect more clearly with your body and empower you to finally identify and resolve the true cause of your pain or discomfort.
The pain and tension are real . . Yes.
But often, the pain in your knee isn’t just about your knee.
And the tension in your hip isn’t just about your hip.
Especially when symptoms are chronic or persistent.
As humans, we’re remarkable adapters . . . endlessly creative in how we compensate.
It might be the way your foot meets the ground.
The swing of your leg through your pelvis.
Or how your whole system has quietly, chronically, protectively learned to brace.
When you begin to move differently . . . even slightly . . . your body responds.
Not just in one joint, but across the whole chain.

I take a very unique approach by integrating kinesiology with therapeutic yoga, yoga nidra, and Ayurveda. I empower you to excel at identifying the root cause of your own pain, and learning exactly how you can reduce or eradicate it.
