Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We love what we offer, but understand that what we provide may not be a fit for everyone. Here are our return, refund and shipping policies.

Our standard refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, depending on the type of product – please see the details below that specify the refund policy for each type of product or program.  Not everything we offer is eligible for a refund, and if a specific refund policy is not published for a product or program, the maximum time to request a refund is 30 days from the date of purchase.

For physical products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds & Return

For books: If within 30 days of receiving your book, I haven’t convinced you that yoga is the greatest thing ever, or that anatomy isn’t truly interesting, please package up the book and send it back to us. We can’t pay for the return shipping, but we will happily refund the price of the book when we receive it. Be sure to package the book with love. If the book arrives back damaged, we won’t be able to provide a refund. (Note: we can’t refund your initially shipping dollars since those have already been given to Canada Post or UPS)

For Yoga Props: For hygiene reasons, these are a final sale. If you are having trouble figuring out how to use a yoga prop you bought from us, please let us know and we’ll gladly walk you through the “how to’s”.

For DVDs and CDs: Similar to the books above, we have a 30 day policy for DVDs and CDs. We need to receive the DVD or CD in like-new condition, so be sure to package it with love. We can’t refund the shipping amounts, but we happily refund the price of the DVD or CD. Note: If the DVD or CD has its packaging removed, or the plastic wrap is not on the case, we can’t accept it for returns.

For E-books, Podcasts and Teleclasses: These are difficult to return, so we can’t offer a refund, but gladly accept your suggestions for future electronic downloads.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us first to confirm the return is eligible, and then we will provide you the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
