There’s a direct relationship between your breathing and your stress, and I’ve worked hard to  find ways of teaching breathing techniques effectively to others.

I have a BSc. in Kinesiology and my specialization is in integrating mind-body connection with therapeutic applications of yoga, and biomechanics.

Module 1: Notice

Module 2: Breathe

Get detailed video tutorials of the 3 breathing exercises you must master to find balance and get grounded.
