Explore, Relieve, Strengthen Your Shoulders

A 2-hour online workshop designed to help you with relief by addressing both shoulder specific function and the underlying patterns that are contributing to your persistent shoulder symptoms. 

In this program, you will learn:

  • What’s causing your discomfort. I will help you understand your movement and compensation patterns that are inadvertently contributing to your shoulder issues. By understanding what is contributing to the persistence in your issues, you will be equipped to make lasting improvements.
  • As you reduce compensation patterns, your shoulder pain and tension can reduce quickly. I’ll guide you through a series of simple practices that can be done easily and simply.
  • Shoulder mobility, stability and strength are key to long-term progress. Yet a lot of common shoulder mobility, strength and stabilizing exercises are rife with compensation which doesn’t offer long term change. I’ll show you effective refinements of common shoulder strengthening and stabilizing movements so you get the result that you want.

In these 40 minutes trainings, you’ll learn how the body is connected in weird and interesting ways. From the connection of the tongue and pelvic floor to the armpits connected to the hips – there’s much to explore with these quick but powerful workshops.

The Power of Pure Movement trainings range from 2-hours to 6-hours and illustrate how much can change when neuromuscular patterns are improved. Through my guidance and 30 years of experience, I’ll help you recognize why persistent pain is persistent, and why traditional ‘solutions’ often don’t bring the relief you’re looking for.  You’ll learn unique approaches to facilitate change and make progress on your healing journey. Be ready to explore your movement, your breath, your compensation patterns, and holding/gripping patterns.
